I just got started with GTHost.com instant server hosting and so far I haven't had to contact tech support.

I also like their features. Recommend web host pro as I am pleased running my sites with them. Like their website builder.
They have easy to use interface. Pricing is a bit higher than some of the cheaper sites, but i'd definitely consider it well priced for what your getting.

They are always very kind and helpful, they are reachable via phone call, so it was easy for you to explain what you need to get fixed if there is a problem.
