I bought one of GTHost.com VPS hosting accounts - they helped me to choose the best fit. The price is really affordable and I am satisfied with it.
As for support, besides speed of responses, I checked to see if they are technically competent and they really do their best to prove it.

I've been with GTHost.com vps hosting service for over 8 months now and I've not had one problem with them. I contacted their support and told them my requirements, they replied very fast and were very polite with me and explained me everything I needed to know. After 10 minutes passed they found a good VPS fit for my needs.

I've been with GTHost.com vps in Canada for about 7 months. So far, my experience with them have been quite positive.
Their support is tip-top. Although the response time is not as fast as my previous host, I have no complaint either.

Several friends have moved their business sites to GTHost.com Montreal vps and I plan to move my primary corporate web site to them soon as well.
They’re very polite and patient when I made a bunch of mistakes (on my part, of course) with signing up and whatnot.
